At JoyKeepers Assisted Living, our goal isn’t just to assist the elderly with their daily needs. We strive to enhance their quality of life by supporting what makes them happy. From remembering desired foods, celebrating important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, spiritual beliefs, favorite interests, preferred movies and TV programs, favorite music, special requests, and more. Our very small caregiver to senior ratio allows our staff to know each resident very well. From physical activities to lively social interaction, our home is a perfect blend focusing on the well-being of the residents.
Building a relationship of trust and transparency with each family member involved is just as important. Open communication is key, and you won’t have to wonder how things are going. We will keep in touch with you and want you to feel comfortable asking any questions or concerns. We welcome, and encourage family visits!
Our carefully selected and qualified caretakers not only meet state requirements, they also receive continuous training and development. Caregivers have undergone a level 2 background check, and have demonstrated to the company that they enjoy serving and working with the elderly. Staff is regularly being observed on how they perform and carry out our core values day by day.
“After taking care of my grandfather before he passed away, it’s very important to me that we work with caregivers who perform their line of work with the utmost dignity, love, respect, and provide joy and comfort to our residents.”
